  Ingredients For Pudding: Egg whites : 6 Sugar : 1/2 Cup Gelatin : 4 Tbsp. Method: Beat egg whites and sugar stiffly. Melt gelatin and pour into the the egg white mixture. Add 4 Tbsp. whipped cream and fold gently. Ingredients For Almond Caramel: Sugar : 1/2 Cup Almonds : 1/4 Cup Method: Take 1/2 cup sugar and melt in a dry pan, when it turns golden brown add almonds and mix well. Spread the mixture on a greased paper and when dry roll into powder. Take a glass bowl and alternate layers of egg mixture and powdered almonds. Cool till set and serve.
  Ingredients: Pineapple slice : 1 Tin Gelatin : 2 Tbsp. Boiling water : 1 Cup Sugar : 1/2 Cup Salt : A Pinch Egg white : 2 Vanilla : 1 Tsp Method: Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of pineapple juice for 10 minutes. Add boiling water, salt, vanilla and leave to cool. Then add beaten egg white and sugar and beat well for 10 minutes. Finally add shredded pineapple pieces and mix well. Cut when set.
